CamCruiser is intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older.

By accessing, viewing, or using CamCruiser, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing CamCruiser for lawful purposes only.
• You are not prohibited by law from accessing adult-oriented content.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use this site. Parents and guardians: if a minor has accessed this site, we recommend using parental-control software to block access to adult content.

What CamCruiser Is

CamCruiser is a discovery index for live streaming performers. We provide:

• A searchable index of live streams from supported cam platforms (Chaturbate, Stripchat, Camsoda, and others).
• Performer information aggregated from public data: usernames, room subjects, tags, viewer counts, and other metadata provided by the platforms themselves.
• “Watch Live” links that route to performer rooms on the performers' own platform sites.

CamCruiser does not host, store, stream, or distribute video content. All video streams are served directly from the performers' chosen platforms. Thumbnail images, where enabled, are served only from platform-approved hosts.

All models and performers indexed on CamCruiser are verified to be 18 years of age or older. CamCruiser only indexes performers from platforms that enforce age verification for their performers.

Affiliate Links & Commissions

CamCruiser uses affiliate links in several ways:

• “Watch Live” links:When you click a “Watch Live” link to visit a performer's room, CamCruiser may earn an affiliate commission from the platform. This is at no extra cost to you.
• Gear & product links: CamCruiser may recommend products (interactive toys, streaming equipment, etc.) via affiliate links. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
• Lovense affiliate links: Links to Lovense (interactive toy brand) may be affiliate links.

These affiliate relationships do not affect pricing for end users and do not influence our rankings or recommendations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CamCruiser to:

• Violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse anyone, including performers or other users.
• Scrape, spider, or automatically access CamCruiser without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the function or availability of the site or its services.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover source code or infrastructure.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or make false claims of affiliation.
• Bypass any access controls or authentication systems.

Performer & Copyright Removal

If you are a performer: You can request removal of your listing at no cost. See Model resources & removal for the fastest path.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed: File a DMCA takedown notice at DMCA / Copyright Policy.

Limitation of Liability

CAMCRUISER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMCRUISER AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
• LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.
• INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SITE.
• ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN PERFORMER DATA OR LISTINGS.
• ACTIONS OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING PERFORMERS OR PLATFORMS.
• YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CAMCRUISER.

This limitation applies even if CamCruiser has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Platforms & Links

CamCruiser links to third-party platforms (Chaturbate, Stripchat, Camsoda, Lovense, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• The content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms.
• How third parties use or protect your personal data.
• Transactions or interactions between you and any third party.

Please review the terms and privacy policies of any platform you visit through CamCruiser.

Privacy & Data

CamCruiser collects minimal user data: what you voluntarily provide (account creation, saved performers) and aggregate analytics (pageviews, traffic source). We do not sell personal data to third parties. See our privacy policy for details (link available upon request).

Modification of Terms

CamCruiser may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms. Check this page occasionally for updates.

Termination

CamCruiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the site at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CamCruiser operates. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
